Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Welcome newly hired employees.
Prepare and distribute onboarding welcome gifts.
Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
Communicate with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks, and similar items.
Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their. hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
Occasionally hosting onboarding sessions.
Coordinate onboarding presentations and product demos.
Audit data and set up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.
Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Identify innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
