Job Title: English Kindergarten Educator;
Location: [Velenjak, Tehran];
Employment Type: Full-Time; 8:30 - 16:30;
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and creative early childhood educator to join our English-speaking kindergarten team. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young learners (ages 2–6) can explore, grow, and develop their language, social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based and inquiry-driven learning—entirely in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in English based on the given syllabus by the supervisor.
- Facilitate engaging activities that promote language acquisition and holistic development.
- Foster a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
- Monitor children’s progress and report to supervisors regularly.
- Support children's social and emotional growth through positive discipline.
- Maintain open communication with staff and school leadership.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the classroom environment.
- Participate in team meetings, school events, and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Psychology, ELT, English Translation, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/TEYL/IELTS/TKT/FCE certification (mandatory if English is not your native language).
- Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf training (preferred but not required).
Professional Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kindergarten or early years setting (preferably English-speaking).
- Experience in classroom management in multicultural environments.
