شرکتی جوان با ایده هایی بزرگ. به رغم حضور مدیرعامل خیرخواه و خوب، متاسفانه حضور برخی مدیران ناکارآمد در این شرکت، مانعی در برابر رشد و توسعه می باشد.

چالش این شرکت، بزرگ شدن بدون داشتن مدیران توانمند برای اداره خیل عظیم کارشناسان جوان و پرانگیره می باشد.
