حقوق خیلی خوب و رقابتی و پروژه با استاندارد نسبتا بالا

تیم منابع انسانی تقریبا تعریف نشده هست و حضورشون نهایت در حد یک سلام و علیک هست تیم مدیریتی تقریبا برنامه ریزی صحیحی نداره و به نظر میرسه که خودشون هم نمیدونن دارن چیکار میکنن هدر رفت منابع به شدت بالا هست

spectacular talents working at the company. so working with the team is always a pleasure. founder of the company is a genius entrepreneur and sometimes he is participating in the business decisions and even better in technical aspects. most departments have right assumption about their goals, targets and employees and different parts of the company work well together. still, you can sense some of the startup culture there, although it's fading slowly.

Cons

for development and technical staff, its an intensive workplace. in fact there is a culture of overworking and reach targets in minimum possible time even when that really does not matter. it's like life in a hurry! not so, for back-office staff and it became more like an organization unlike being a startup in the past.
