Why isn't there a steel complex next to one of the world's largest iron ore mines? This was the question that occupied the minds of the founders of Bafaq Steel. A question that has been raised in the country for years, but no steps have been taken to answer it.
Abuie brothers, who started their work from a small office in Tehran's iron market in 1980, established the first production factory of Yaran Industrial Group in 1998 under the name of Yaran Rolling with continuous efforts and concern for continuous growth.
It was not long before Foulad Sanat Mehdi , Aria Molybden Kasra and Polymer Talaei Yazd were added to this industrial group.
Now the time had come for them to give a proper answer to their question. Therefore, in 2013, after many ups and downs on this path, with firm determination and collective hope, Bafaq Steel, with private sector investment in the desert soils and in the vicinity of Chagharat iron ore mine in Yazd province - the motherland of the Abuie family - began to Function.
The success in launching the first phase of Yazd Bafaq Steel's extensive plan, that is, the steel branch and coil rebar production line, and the introduction of the name in the shortest possible time convinced us that the commitment to complying with the standards in the production process and using the best raw materials are the prerequisites for an honest bilateral partnership. between the manufacturer and the customer.
Going through the ups and downs of this path for survival and reputation in the steel and iron industry and the success of the first implementation phase made us determined to take the next steps. The wheels of the development of the complex did not stop and despite being located in a less privileged area, with the sympathy and hard work of the people of that country, the production unit of Direct Regeneration (DRI) was put into operation and also the construction of smelting and steelmaking units and iron ore pellet was started.
This effort was the result of Bafaq Steel's special approach to entrepreneurship, job creation and continuous growth, and with the concern for quality and full commitment to it, Bafaq Steel's products were placed as the only imported products in the vendor list of the Ministry of Oil after the revolution.
