+ High level of core values and culture + Healthy and positive environment + Supervisor and HR are always ready to hear your feedback and help you to solve them + Based on the assements you can promote to a higher level that means a raise in salary and it starts a new path to learn new fields/skills + The Psychology workshops are really helpful and give you new points of view + Company loan is a lifesaver + THE BEST PART is if you are a loyal hardworking staff they help you in any field you need to grow or to move forward

- Sometimes when there is an urgent/new project with intense deadline you have to work extra hours for a short period
