About Company:

-The Company (IPGCFZ) was registered as a private Joint Stock Company at the Companies Registration Office of Chabahar Free Zone under registration No. 3334 with National Identification No. 14007634917 on 3 June, 2017. The Company has incorporated and registered in Iran by India Ports Global Limited (An Union Govt company registered in Mumbai, India) in and according to the current laws and regulations of Islamic Republic of Iran. IPGL and Port and Maritime Organization (PMO) has concluded a Short Lease Contract on 6th May 2018 for part of Shahid Beheshti port development phase no. 1 to mobilize operation at the port in which IPGCFZ was considered to assume all binding activities according to the provision of the Contract. The above short lease contract is in the line of IPGL investment for development of Shahid Beheshti Port Chabahar where IPGL provided fund to IPGCFZ to meet the operational expenses of the mentioned contract.
