Pros

Big company with great stability in the insurance market. The insurance business can be categorized as a very complex system so it might be a great challenge for learning and dealing with this type of complex system. There are opportunities for meeting great people working with you in EIT, they can be part of your friends or family for the rest of your life.

Cons

No short-term goal to achieve, No path for your career if you want to see yourself as a continuous learning developer. The salaries are average, but it's not enough for living in Tehran.

Pros

Cons

از لحاظ امنیت شغلی شرکت مناسبی است.
