Personally, I believe Iranmehr can be the best place to start your teaching career as it gives you a lot of opportunities to learn and improve. Depending on which branch you decide to work at, the atmosphere can be different. However, mostly your colleagues are friendly and welcoming enough, so you can enjoy your time working there.

Cons

As a teacher, you should not expect much from the management because they usually do not pay attention. The salary, compared to other institutes can be relatively low.
