من حدود ده سال است در شرکت ایرانسل مشغول به کار هستم. بسیار شرکت درجه یک و با کارمندان و مدیران بسیار عالی است. کار کردن در این شرکت قطعا افتخار بزرگی است. یکی از بزرگترین مزیت های ایرانسل ، بروز بودن و جو خوب تیمی در این شرکت است

تنها چالش اینه که اینقدر این شرکت خوبه که کسی ازش خارج نمیشه به خاطر همین ارتقا پوزیشن خیلی سخت اتفاق میفته

مزایای مناسب حقوق تقریبا خوب بدست آوردن تجربه کاری در یک سازمان بزرگ

حجم کاری بسیار زیاد و عدم درک مدیران از شرایط موجود

You will find opportunity to work with the best, you will experience working in an international company (thanks to MTN) and see beyond what is happening in local companies. Salary and compensation is acceptable considering the actual situation in Iran, the workplace is friendly and secure especially for ladies. You will have no worry regarding required trainings, Irancell will invest on you.

همه چیز آن عالی بود مسئولیت شرکت بر عهده خودم بود دریافتی شرکت خیلی کم بود

وجود رقبای بسیار و همچنین بیش از حد در دسترس بودن رفع نیاز های ایرانسلی کار را برای شرکتی که فقط محصولات ایرانسل رو ارائه میکند کار رو سخت میکرد

I just share my opinion about finance department. Which you can get promoted there base on your gender, your ability to apple-polshinig managers or serve them out of work. If you like such a place apply there. They pay good for these kind of guys

Working with some people who even can't manage a supermarket, but they work as a top manager there is so hard.
