Pros

As long as the company was linked with TOYOTA, one could meet some Japanese and learn something from them. The mother company also provided good opportunities for training.

Cons

The managers were disoriented. No one had any power to make any decision and everything had to be decided by one top manager. That was a great example of a Family in which the powerful could eat and the weak had to watch. Information circulation was almost impossible and everything was tangled in an unvisible network.
