According to the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly datedon11/07/2012, which was registered in the Companies Registration Authority on 08/08/2012, the name of the company was changed to Negin Iranian Tourism Economic Company. The company has been accepted in the Securities Exchange Organization according to the minutes of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 01/31/2016 and the license No. 7083/122 dated 21/03/2016. At present, the company is one of the subsidiary business units of Tourism Bank and the final business unit of the group is Tourism Bank.
