Pros

The welcoming and friendly culture of this company allows you to fit in just perfectly. Integrity, both in the jobs carried out and in conduct with employees is astonishing. What is most noticeable is that you are allowed to make mistakes and learn from them.

Cons

What still remains to be a challenge from my perspective is that promotion is a bit difficult to obtain. Proving yourself worthy is a bit difficult to get across to higher ranking management.
