Founded in 1996, Roma Plastik, is the world\'s third biggest edgebanding manufacturer and the market leader in the Turkish market. Roma Plastik was the first and remains the only company that produces PVC, ABS, PMMA, Melamine and Aluminum edgebands within the same facility. The company currently exports to more than 60 countries in five continents. In 2010 the Tyrolean wood based panel producer EGGER took over 71.5 percent of the companys shares.
