Textile Complex of Sabalan Parcheh Company, as one of the most equipped and unique plants of textile and garments in the Middle East is presently in execution phase by utilizing the latest know-how and modern technology of textile machinery for producing 35 millions of various garments per year. This plant comprises various units such as spinning unit, jean weaving unit, shirt weaving unit, circular knitting unit, flat knitting unit, dying, print and finishing unit and finally sewing unit with coordinated capacities gathered in a plot of land measuring 16 hectares in Industrial City 2 of Ardabil and total infrastructure of 100,000 square meters. The execution of this plan was put into operation on Aug. 29, 2002 and now its physical progress has touched 95% and the machinery of flat knitting shop have been erected and commissioned and all other machinery of production line will be ready to run soon. Studying phase of this project was initiated since the beginning of 1999 with thousands of person/hours expertise of the best specialists of the country and overseas and benefiting from the latest scientific methods. Based on the same applied studies, Sabalan Parcheh has constantly focused most of its attention to high quality, selection of the most appropriate technology complying with the plans requirements and the orientation of garment production as a process with relative value-added and high potentials of job-creation, supply of required raw materials by the same production section, decrease of packing expenses and repeated shipments arising there from paying high attentions to world market of products, being in touch with the most reputable garments companies of the world, introduction of trade name and trademark of the company in target markets for durability of existence in world trade of garments. On the other hand, Sabalan Parcheh, by paying the highest considerations to scientific research and development as well as allocating remarkable budgets, is doing its best to form the architecture of its information technology based on the latest global achievements parallel to the formation of its organizational architecture. Considering the volume of investments, potentials of job creation, implementation location and other technical and economic indicators, this plan is deemed as a national project which enjoys high potentials to earn homage respect and honor for our Islamic Iran.
