ساعت کاری زیاد قرار گیری افراد در سمت هایی که اصلا تخصص و آگاهی لازم را ندارند مخصوصاً در مدیران و مدیران ارشد بروکراسی اداری دست و پا گیر عدم انعطاف در تعامل با پرسنل
