Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company was established on July 1, 1985. Through decentralizing the decision-making and policy-making processes exclusively in the carmaker and creating a coordinated order and dynamism across the production, processing and end product, the company managed to prove its capabilities. The Industrial Plans Management Company which has been in charge of activities related to casting and forging of Nissan Patrol cars and vans since 1985 transferred its responsibilities in 1987 to Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company due to changing its field of activity. Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company started its new round of activities in 1973 as the first Iranian designing and engineering company for producing car parts in the country. Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company has been very effective in this regard through supplying non-engine parts which is in fact the mainstream section of the supply chain management of the group. Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company has around 650 employees, 75 percent of them has academic educations (BS, MS and PhD degrees) in different fields of engineering and automotive industries. This issue proves the companys robust backbone of human resource.
