سیستم سنتی و متکی به یک نفر عدم امکان رشد و فضای یادگیری در این سازمان رابطه جای تخصص را گرفته است سیستم مدیریتی ضعیف پرداخت مالیات سنگین به دلیل بورسی بودن شرکت رنج حقوقی متوسط

Pros

When I entered this company, I didn't have related work experiences. My senior manager taught me every little details. The atmosphere is great for me despite I am the youngest employee in there. The average age in company is a bit high because they are the first in Steel Industry in Iran.

Cons

The salary in compare to other companies can be higher.
