"Tadkar Software Engineering Company" is known as a pioneer of providing software systems and systematic methods in project management and portfolio management in construction and civil, with more than 30 years of experience in the market of Iran. Tadkar has started its business in 1981. Now it promotes the web-based solutions on the edge of the current technology and using Agile Scrum for its methodology in managing and controlling Tadkars’ complex digital platforms. The main brands are Shahab, a web-based solution, Tadkar, the windows- based service, and Hamrah-Tadkar, the mobile app. In 2011, the National Planning and Budget Organization of Iran introduced Tadkar as the exclusive consultant of the organization in civil project management. The strategic platform called SAFAT had been introduced as a strategic project in national price list system, price adjustment, quantity surveyor and contracts.
