Prepare and provide additional information and guidance to vendors to improve their role in the Snapfood system.
Establish and maintain regular and effective communication with vendors; Measure and evaluate their satisfaction with services and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
Record and maintain vendor information and records at each contact; Develop standard systems to improve the process of recording and accessing information.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive and efficient reports to the team leader to review performance and identify areas for improvement; Also, identify behavioral patterns and new needs of vendors to create more effective strategies.
Identify and suggest improvements to current processes and systems based on vendor performance analysis and feedback received; Collaborate with other teams to create innovative solutions.
