Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
Give advice on investment activities.
Ensure financial legal requirements are met.
Analyze prices, expenses, sales data, and other variables to compare the company's performance with the business plan.
Provide financial models for the companies.
Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
Monitor the performance of the financial department and provide targets and plan to meet them.
Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
Requirements
Deep practical knowledge of tax and SSO.
Familiar with e-commerce or startup companies and their activities.
Good knowledge of internal controls.
Proven experience as an accounting manager.
Deep understanding of the financial model of the company also the other models in the market.
Familiar with the software and tools in finance and their optimal use.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
Certificates such as CFA, CPA, or any other relevant certificates will be considered a plus.
