Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Export Business Development Manager to lead the company's international sales growth and market expansion initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing export markets, building strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across target countries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's export growth and international market expansion strategy.
Identify new business opportunities and establish a strong customer network in target markets.
Negotiate and conclude international sales agreements with distributors, importers, and key accounts.
Manage relationships with foreign customers, agents, and sales representatives.
Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders.
Oversee the entire export process from order placement to final delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional trade developments.
Monitor export sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of successful experience in export sales, international business development, or global market expansion.
Proven track record in exporting food products, agricultural commodities, FMCG products, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the markets of Iraq, Oman, Afghanistan, and other regional countries.
Demonstrated ability to identify, acquire, and develop international customers and distribution channels.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international commercial contracts.
Sound knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods, export documentation, and international logistics processes.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in export market development and international sales of flour, grains, food products, or related industries.
Established network of buyers, distributors, wholesalers, or importers in Iraq, Oman, and Afghanistan.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
