Job Description

• Development and implementation of human resource strategies in line with the overall business strategy
• Developing employees' skills by creating opportunities for learning and career advancement
• Facilitating the administrative and legal affairs of employees
• Contribute to business growth through development, participation, motivation and retention of human capital
• Designing and proposing strategies for determining employee salaries
• Collaborate with other team managers to address HR needs
• Designing and implementing programs related to personnel maintenance
• Reviewing the performance of employees with performance management tools and providing feedback and suggesting process improvements
• Organizational chart design and staff grading
• Managing the design of the performance-based bonus payment system
• Monitoring the process of personnel movement and its system registration
• Participating and controlling the process of surveying employees and presenting results analysis reports
• Preparing and compiling regulations, instructions and administrative rules of the organization

Requirements

• Full knowledge of the laws and regulations related to employment and work
• Skill in working with recruitment, traffic and salary software
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• At least three years of relevant work experience
• High knowledge of modern human resources
• Familiar with career path definition and career planning
• Familiar with ATS recruitment and recruitment automation tools
• Familiar with internal organizational tools and performance measurement tools
• Familiar with personality tests and pre-employment tests
• Ability to analyze HR data
• Ability to create interaction and teamwork culture
• At least a bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields
