Job Description

  • Supervise the recording, review, and accuracy of the company's financial operations.
  • Prepare and prepare periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Perform payroll, personnel, and social security-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance of financial activities with accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Plan and manage cash flow and budget financial resources.
  • Control and monitor payments and receipts.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the board of directors.
  • Manage the accounting team and ensure the progress of members.
  • Perform tax calculations and submit tax reports, declarations, and quarterly reports to relevant authorities.
  • Prepare management reports to assist senior managers in strategic decision-making.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors to conduct periodic audits.
  • Propose new financial methods and policies to improve the company's financial performance.
  • Set up standard financial software and systems.
  • Prepare monthly customer reports.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least ten years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in financial and accounting software.
  • Ability to manage a team and plan.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to communicate continuously and effectively with customers and employers.
  • Adherence to the principles of professional ethics and confidentiality.
