Job Description

  • Answering phone calls. 
  • Responding to clients and investigating their issues.
  • Providing reports from various departments to management.
  • Scheduling management meetings.
  • Scheduling company meetings and tracking employee attendance at meetings.
  • Reminding company employees of their duties.
  • Reminding management of company meetings and programs.
  • Managing archives.
  • Managing company correspondence and faxes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator, and Photoshop is an advantage.
  • High public relations.
  • Teamwork spirit.
