Job Description

We’re looking for an administrative officer to join us. Joining our team, you will be responsible for providing general and administrative duties. You’ll be assisting with organizing meetings and diary management, updating our databases.

You'll Need to Have:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages.
  • Strong IT and typing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage your workload and supervise others concurrently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
  • A problem-solving approach to work.
  • Good data entry and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and to also be able to work alone.
  • Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and organize own work.
  • A flexible approach to work tasks and be able to prioritize those tasks.
  • Excellent English interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
