Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for excellence? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of our Customer Relations services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise client files and documentation.
- Track the receipt and delivery of documents.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with visa application preparation, including drafting cover letters and ensuring all necessary documents are complete.
- Coordinate with external agencies and embassies as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to clients throughout the visa application process.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Positive and helpful attitude.
- Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or advanced).
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service (internal and external).
- Superior organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment.
- Experience in visa processing or investment administration is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant visa regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Age range: 24 to 45 years old.
