Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for excellence? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of our Customer Relations services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise client files and documentation.
  • Track the receipt and delivery of documents.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with visa application preparation, including drafting cover letters and ensuring all necessary documents are complete.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and embassies as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to clients throughout the visa application process.
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Positive and helpful attitude.
  • Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or advanced).
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service (internal and external).
  • Superior organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in visa processing or investment administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant visa regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Sales and marketing experience.
  • Age range: 24 to 45 years old.
