We are looking for a qualified assistant product manager to join our sales team and help us to achieve our goals. This role will serve as a contact point for customers with queries about products, orders, and information deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is result-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service. This position is mostly suitable for having exceptional organizational skills and drawing energy from being part of a team.
Roles:
Together with product managers, research, specify, and manage the development of new products and launch new projects.
Work with Purchasing on inventory and forecasting.
Maintain a strong awareness and understanding of market intelligence and competitive positioning within the market.
Monitor and analyze market needs and trends.
Communicate with clients by phone, and email.
Provide marketing management with information needed to develop and evaluate sales forecasts.
Generate reports and analyses in areas such as product trends, margin reports, competition, etc.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in related positions.
Strong understanding of the principles and techniques.
Effective listener with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong team player with the ability to communicate well.
Strong track record within an industry of similar capacity.
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of customer representatives.
Proficiency in English paired with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
