Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our business development and affiliate marketing efforts at Boghrat. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of digital health, and a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive business strategies. As the head of business development and affiliate marketing at Boghrat, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives that drive the company’s growth and market presence in the digital health industry. Your primary focus will be on developing robust business strategies, establishing and nurturing partnerships, and leading our affiliate marketing programs.

Roles:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities within the digital health sector to inform strategic planning.
  • Develop and manage budgets for business development and affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, affiliates, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and support the company’s strategic goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring continuous collaboration and growth.
  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify market gaps, and evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact the business.
  • Report to the head of marketing/CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of digital health and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development management (and/or affiliate marketing) in the Iranian digital ecosystem.
