About the Company

We are a growing trading company specializing in the supply and distribution of industrial and mineral raw materials. Our core business focuses on providing high-quality micronized mineral powders to a wide range of industries, including paints and coatings, plastics and polymers, rubber, ceramics, drilling, and other manufacturing sectors.

To support our continued growth and market expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers within target industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with purchasing managers, production managers, technical experts, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell the company's product portfolio, including Calcium Carbonate, Talc, Barite, Kaolin, and other micronized mineral powders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, order fulfillment, and after-sales follow-up.
- Coordinate product sampling and follow up on technical evaluations and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer payments and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Participate in customer visits, industry exhibitions, business meetings, and occasional business trips.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial raw materials, chemicals, minerals, or manufacturing-related industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial negotiations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
