- Participation in the Sales Strategy
- Managing the daily Sales Operations
- Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility
- Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the region's targets
- Regular visits to the market for back check
- Follow up on the in store sales process
Requirements
We are seeking to recruit dynamic candidates to join us in our sales and distribution set-up in Tehran and other cities.
The candidates should have fair experience in the sales and distribution activities focusing on FMCG industry and to be able to manage the daily sales operations.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree holder
- Work experience in the FMCG Sales/distribution activities (at least 5 years)
- Self-organization
- English language knowledge is a must
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Skill to analyze information
- Creativity and Initiative
- Strong computer knowledge
- Self-starter and result oriented
