Job Description

At Ofogh Koorosh, we are keen to collaborate with a Branch Operations Manager to oversee our districts in the provinces of Qazvin, Qom, Markazi, and Zanjan.

The job description for the Branch Operations Manager is as follows:

1. Comprehensive Operations Planning
• Effectively transmitting the organizational culture to colleagues across districts, while monitoring and emphasizing consistent adherence to it.
• Participating in the formulation of micro-objectives within the framework of the organization's macro-goals.
• Contributing to the design of operational processes to achieve the organization's micro and macro goals.
• Developing and establishing the initial structure for annual and quarterly district plans based on organizational goals.
• Nurturing and strengthening the managerial capabilities of District Managers to develop them into influential and reliable organizational assets.
• Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across all districts.
• Prioritizing and tracking the realization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in each district.
• Ensuring that ongoing processes across various domains within the districts are aligned with organizational policies.
• Standardizing district operations to ensure consistency, unity of procedure, and collective synergy.
• Crisis management.

2. Responsibilities Related to Subordinate Units
• Directing and overseeing high-quality process execution across all operational units, with a focus on the organization's core values.
• Receiving regular reports on sprint progress, emerging obstacles, and implemented corrective actions.
• Ensuring and verifying reports on the proper execution of ongoing organizational events.
• Reviewing and approving actions taken to resolve operational obstacles within the districts.
• Maintaining constant communication with District Managers and Branch Operations units.
• Fostering a safe environment for frontline and headquarters staff to raise issues and share innovations.
• Conducting regular performance review meetings with District Managers and subordinate units.
