Pakrokh is a leading FMCG company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality consumer products such as shampoos, conditioners, and other personal care items. Our Business Planning and Performance Management (BP&P) team is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through planning, business insights, and business intelligence solutions. The business data analyst will report to the BP&P manager and work closely with the operations and commercial teams to analyze data, generate insights, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze operational and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key operational KPIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Provide insights to optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
Design and implement automated reporting tools for ongoing operational analysis.
Support decision-making through ad hoc analysis and reporting on market trends.
Create predictive models for operational performance improvement and risk mitigation.
Develop and execute data quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity.
Work within the agile-sprint framework to deliver tasks effectively and on time.
Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (a Master’s degree is preferred).
Certifications in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred).
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics, preferably in FMCG or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI.
Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with operational and procurement data structures.
Exposure to agile working environments (preferred).
