POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek a talented business development associate to effectively support and execute various business development activities like:

  • Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and competitors.
  • Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, client service plans, and marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with various audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with staff across all departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Documentation: Draft business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other outreach documents.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...

  • Find and qualify potential leads.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, needs, and pain points of qualified leads.
  • Create and maintain lists and reports of prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Initiate communication and set appointments with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Pitch, present, and promote the value propositions, products, or services, by using various channels, such as email, phone, social media, or events.
  • Follow up and nurture leads to move them along the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborates with other teams, such as sales, marketing, product, or operations, to provide feedback, insights, and support for business development strategies.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, agreements, and other documents related to business development.
