Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Extract data from different databases, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to identify business needs across different fields like customer service, sales, HR, etc.
Requirements
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prepare management reports and dashboards.
Fluent in TSQL, and Query Tuning.
Proficiency in SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS is a plus.
Proficiency with ETL concepts.
Experience with reporting infrastructures (Power BI).
Knowledge of statistics is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
High level of teamwork and communication skills.
Enthusiastic about learning and facing new challenges.
