Job Overview:

This is a dynamic role focused on executing impactful, localized marketing initiatives. This position combines execution, creativity, and strategic thinking to manage BTL campaigns, maintain consistent offline channels, and contribute to events that increase awareness and engagement. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute BTL campaigns, including guerrilla marketing and other unconventional offline strategies, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop targeted activations tailored to specific branch needs and demographics.


Always-On BTL Channels:

  • Identify high-traffic offline channels
  • Negotiate agreements with channel owners to secure placements.
  • Oversee the activation and ongoing management of these channels to maximize visibility and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the branch department to align BTL efforts with on-ground operational goals.
  • Collaborate with the product team to Ensure Campaign Needs are met.
  • Partner with marketing agencies and strategic partners to deliver high-quality activations.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track the effectiveness of BTL initiatives using predefined KPIs.
  • Provide detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and execute data-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource management.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, event management, or similar roles.
