Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management.
Maintain corporate files, preparing letters, reports, and correspondences in a professional way.
Organize and coordinate calls, appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, and maintain schedules, reminders, and calendars.
Type and dispatch required letters and minutes of meetings internally and externally.
File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operations.
Maintain good relations with all managers and colleagues.
Ensure that secretarial equipment is always in good operational condition.
Maintain and update a follow-up file for the purpose of reminding the managing director of functions, events, meetings, appointments, and other related matters.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail to all departments.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, and the Internet).
