Job Description
The CFO is responsible for leading, planning, controlling and supervising all financial activities, accounting, costing, financing, budgeting, liquidity management and internal controls of the company and plays a key role in maintaining financial health, supporting management decisions and optimizing the organization's financial structure.

Responsibilities
• Managing and supervising all financial, accounting and treasury processes of the company
• Formulating, implementing and monitoring financial strategies in line with the company's overall goals
• Managing cash flow, working capital and planning resources and expenses
• Supervising the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports and analytical reports
• Controlling and analyzing the cost of products and providing solutions to improve profitability
• Planning and managing financing through various financial tools and sources
• Designing, implementing and improving the budgeting system, budget control and analyzing deviations
• Supervising the proper implementation of accounting standards, tax, insurance, commercial laws and legal requirements
• Managing matters related to internal audit, independent audit, financial audits and accountability to relevant authorities
• Designing and strengthening internal controls with the aim of reducing financial and operational risks
• Analyzing the company's financial structure and providing corrective suggestions to improve liquidity, profitability and productivity
• Providing financial reports and analyses to the CEO and Board of Directors to support major decisions
• Oversee processes related to raw material purchasing, production, sales and warehousing from a financial and control perspective
• Manage financial risks arising from market fluctuations, raw material prices, sales and company commitments
• Effective participation in pricing, profit margin analysis, evaluation of development and investment plans
• Establish effective coordination between the finance unit and the strategy, production, commercial and human resources departments
• Lead, evaluate and develop the finance team and improve productivity and performance discipline in the unit

Qualification Requirements
• Master's degree in:
o Accounting
o Financial Management
o Economics
o or other related fields
• At least 12 years of specialized work experience in the field of finance and accounting
• At least 5 years of management experience in senior financial positions, preferably in manufacturing companies
• Effective experience in industrial accounting and costing in manufacturing environments
• Experience in managing high cash flows and complex financial structures
• Thorough familiarity with:
o Accounting standards
o Tax laws
o Insurance and social security laws
o Audit processes
o Budgeting and budget control
o Liquidity and working capital management
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing and interpreting financial statements and management reports
• High ability in financial analysis, internal control, risk management and management decision-making
• Appropriate familiarity with financial software systems and ERP
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting and analysis tools
• Experience interacting with banks, financial institutions, auditors, tax auditors and other relevant authorities
• Familiarity with Financial processes in manufacturing industries, especially metal or similar industries, are considered an advantage.
