Job Description

• Develop and lead financial strategy to support company goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including consolidated financial reports.
• Manage accounting, auditing, and insurance operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial performance and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive decision-making.
• Optimize accounts receivable processes and cash management.
• Liaise with tax authorities and ensure effective tax management.
• Steer financial reporting compliance for stock exchange regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong expertise in financial management, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional critical thinking and numerical reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of business judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with tax, insurance, and stock exchange matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking; an advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
