About the Job:

This role is at the executive level of our company and helps make long-term financial decisions regarding the company’s future. Their duties include analyzing departmental finances, creating a company budget, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial strategy and planning.
• Financial performance analysis and reporting.
• Oversee audit and tax functions.
• Create and enforce accounting policies.
• Create projections and detailed budgets.
• Examine the finances of several departments.
• Identify, manage, and reduce risk.
• Analyze large amounts of financial data.
• Take care of internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies to optimize returns while maintaining appropriate levels of liquidity.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication of financial information, performance metrics, and future projections.
• Evaluate the financial health, risks, and strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the company's financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 8 years of experience in FMCG (multinational food industries is a plus).

Experience and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of accounting software.
• Experience in financial management.
• Strong command of English.
• Strong analytical skills.
