Job Description

The role exists to lead, direct, and control the organization's financial resources to maintain the short and long-term financial health of the business, direct all corporate financial functions so that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Main responsibilities: ● Accounting, credit control, cash flow, investment and expenditure management, tax, insurance, treasury, internal audit, budgeting, forecasting, and foreign exchange. ● Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level to develop and implement an organization-wide financial strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and its current and long-term business objectives. ● Direct the timely and accurate preparation of the organization's financial reports, such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, management financial reports, and regulatory reports and filings. ● Evaluate proposed business activities and transactions such as launching a product, capital expenditures, acquisitions, investments, or the disposal of assets to ensure they are financially viable. ● Establish and maintain positive relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related fields. ● At least 10 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing. ● Excellent command of English. ● Knowledge of local Accounting Standards, SSO, and TAX regulations. ● Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. ● Ability to travel to the factory premise which is located in Saveh for some days a week. ● Ability to maintain teamwork spirit in the finance department.
