Job Description

The chief marketing officer at Rahmani Group leads marketing efforts across all departments, ensuring alignment with our longstanding commitment to quality and consumer satisfaction in the FMCG sector. Based in Tehran, the CMO drives brand initiatives, oversees market research, and sets comprehensive strategies to enhance product visibility and company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Oversee all advertising campaigns, ensuring they effectively communicate product value and reach target audiences.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to innovate in product promotion and distribution processes.
  • Conduct and analyze market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure synchronized strategies and enhance market penetration.
  • Evaluate marketing performance metrics and iterate strategies to improve ROI and increase brand awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, agencies, and stakeholders to bolster company objectives.
  • Steer digital marketing efforts, harnessing tools like PowerBI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring team members to achieve professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
  • Extensive senior-level management experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerBI.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of building brand awareness and driving growth through innovative marketing tactics.
