Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives to drive accelerated growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, including expansion and business development initiatives.
  • Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align efforts and deliver cohesive results.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of commercial activities using key metrics.
  • Prepare detailed performance and progress reports for senior management.
  • Assist in setting financial targets, budgeting, and monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to assess the profitability and viability of business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development with a history of managing client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or having relevant working experience.
  • Proven senior management experience in business units, sales management, and relevant areas.
  • Hand-on experience managing vendor performance, including measurement, monitoring, and reporting activities, and practice with remediation strategies.
  • Proven track record of transforming operations to provide best-in-class customer experience through step-function innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven 4 or more years of experience or relevant executive leadership positions in top e-businesses.
