Conducting English correspondence between suppliers and customers.
Developing and maintaining essential documents needed to communicate.
Overseeing the purchase process meticulously: providing comprehensive support to customers, step by step, from offer submissions and proforma invoices to cargo clearance.
Reviewing shipping documents including, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.
Compiling structured reports in English for meetings.
Generating weekly reports for management review.
Requirements
Advanced level of English.
Fluent in Microsoft Office.
Energetic, hardworking, team-working, and self-motivated.
