Company Introduction

A reputable and leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Manager to join its team. This position is responsible for leading and managing both domestic and international commercial operations, including procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging materials, import and export activities, and the development of a reliable global supply network.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement domestic and international commercial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Manage and oversee domestic procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging materials, technical equipment, and indirect purchasing activities.
Plan, lead, and expand export operations for pharmaceutical products while identifying and developing new international markets.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and business partners.
Analyze domestic and international markets, monitor raw material price trends, and propose cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Supervise import procedures, including purchase orders, foreign currency allocation, logistics, customs clearance, and coordination with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Warehouse departments.
Ensure effective communication and compliance with the Food and Drug Administration, Customs authorities, the National Trade System, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Monitor inventory levels, purchasing plans, in-transit shipments, and procurement costs to ensure an efficient supply chain.
Prepare management reports, evaluate supplier performance, and recommend continuous improvements in commercial operations.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Domestic and International Commercial teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of domestic procurement, pharmaceutical raw material sourcing, packaging material purchasing, pharmaceutical exports, and supply chain management.
Solid understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, international logistics, customs regulations, and customs clearance procedures.
Familiarity with import registration, foreign currency allocation processes, the National Trade System, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Rahkaran ERP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent command of English for business correspondence, negotiations, and meetings.
Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, decision-making, and market analysis skills.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain operations are mandatory.
