Knowledge of the principles of foreign trade and using the available capacities in transit of cargo.
Knowledge of loading and unloading centers (cargo sources) and the ability to establish communication and convince customers, industrial and commodity owners, and domestic and foreign economic activists.
Familiarity with preparing an annual transportation plan and explaining a commercial strategy to overcome energy crises and their negative consequences.
Familiarity with the principles of rail transportation contracts (loading and unloading, domestic transportation, transit and consulting).
Familiarity with the geography and processes of railway activities (regional general departments, relevant personnel in commerce, railway general headquarters departments).
Familiarity with freight wagons and the principles of loading and unloading.
Familiarity with the principles of domestic and foreign transportation.
Familiarity with the basic principles of railway travel and movement (general regulations for the movement and transportation of dangerous goods).
Familiarity with negotiation and marketing techniques.
