Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Review executive plans and coordinate with project consultants.
• Control and implement executive plans.
• Estimate materials and carry out project procurement and support.
• Manage human resources working on site.
• Direct manager: Project Manager.
• Probation period: 1 month.
• Control the project schedule and move along the project timeline.
• Prepare and control contractors' status reports.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least five years of work experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project.
• Disciplined and organized.
• Teamwork spirit.
• Ability to plan and manage the site.
• Proficient in maps and problem-solving on the site.
• Ability to manage multitask.
