Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate construction workshop activities to ensure effective and timely project completion.

  • Train and mentor workshop staff, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
  • Review and analyze workshop reports to improve operations and project delivery.
  • Ensure maintenance and organization of tools and equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure material quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management or workshop supervision.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
