Job Description

- Train and mentor workshop staff, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
- Review and analyze workshop reports to improve operations and project delivery.
- Ensure maintenance and organization of tools and equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure material quality and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management or workshop supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
