Job Description

  • Create engaging and creative content.
  • Write scripts for videos and visual content.
  • Edit and optimize copy to align with employer brand messaging and capture the audience’s attention.
  • Regularly update social media content.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports.
  • Partnering closely to drive communications and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute internal events to boost employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Creativity and originality in crafting compelling content.
  • Familiarity with content research and analysis tools.
  • Understanding of brand voice and tone consistency.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content and copywriting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
