Job Description

  • Write and edit compelling digital content for mobile and web experiences.
  • Develop, execute, maintain, and monitor content strategies that most effectively engage with consumers across multiple channels.
  • Create and manage publishing schedules for ongoing content distribution.
  • Lead the development of and maintained IranTalent processes and procedures governing the development, publication, and distribution of content.
  • Mentor, provide training,g and educate professionals throughout the organization on key content issues like search, sharing, and user-generated content and content distribution.
  • Lead the design and distribution of content that is structured and optimized for effective search publication and distribution across multiple channels.
  • Drive innovative ideas to create and deliver best-in-class content marketing to meet organizational and consumer needs.
  • Research and develop methods to learn and understand emerging content marketing trends, to position IranTalent as an industry leader.
  • Create and manage editorial calendars, work with communication staff, disseminate information as scheduled, and ensure quality control.
  • Support creation, dissemination, and promotion of other digital media tools including, but not limited to, infographics, websites, badges, mobile apps, podcasts, and interactive applications (apps).
  • Assist in developing newsletters and other communications.
  • Provide support in the location and pursuit of content and survey internal customers to gather feedback for site improvement and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in content-related roles that include creating content strategies and initiatives while focusing on digital content development.
  • Proven track record of successful content strategies and user engagement.
  • Experience working with a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Demonstrated experience writing for varied forms of interactive media (web, social, email, mobile).
  • Experience in working with integrated marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for content strategy and landscape.
  • Knowledge of content marketing best practices, landscape, and trends.
  • A results-oriented approach driven by organizational and consumer goals.
  • Working knowledge of the following is preferred: Journalism, graphic design or a related field, web content management, web servers, intranet site structures, and Web-related software (ex. – HTML, JavaScript, PHP).
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
